About the company

Built for missions, not for mass tourism

Ambassador Travel is a Ukrainian travel management company working with diplomatic missions, consulates and international organisations.

Most of our work is cross-border rail and air travel between Ukraine and the EU, arranged at short notice and documented so that it clears mission accounting without a second round of questions.

  • A single point of contact — one manager per mission, reachable while your travellers are moving.
  • Documentation that reconciles — invoices, confirmations and per-traveller files in the format your finance team needs.
  • Border-aware routing — we plan around crossing times, connection risk and carrier rules, not only the cheapest fare.

Questions

What missions usually ask

Who do you work with?

Embassies, consulates, international organisations and their implementing partners. Corporate requests are considered case by case.

How is payment handled?

Bank transfer in UAH against an invoice from LLC “AMBASSADOR TRAVEL”. Payment terms are fixed in the service agreement with each mission.

Can you invoice the way our finance team needs?

Yes. We issue invoices, booking confirmations and per-traveller travel files, either per trip or consolidated for a period.

Which routes do you cover most often?

Rail and road between Ukraine and Poland — Kyiv–Warsaw and via Chełm — plus Moldova, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia, and air travel through European hubs.

What happens if a train or flight is cancelled?

Your duty contact arranges the rebooking. Refunds and changes follow carrier rules; we file and track them on your behalf. Conditions are set out in the public offer agreement.
